This is The Hockey Factory...
The hockey Factory enables coaches to create their own trainings from a wide selection of exercises. These exercises are designed for children under 12 (3, 6, and 8-a-side games), recreational (11-a-side hockey), and hockey at the high performance level.

Enter your username and code into the appropriate boxes located in the top right corner. Each time you log-in, 1 credit will subtract from your account. Please note: for security reasons, any session inactive for longer than 20 minutes will automatically expire. You must then log-in again.

^

To begin searching and selecting exercises, first click on the appropriate category: Youth U12, Recreational, or Performance located in the top right corner of your screen. Click on either trainings or exercises. On the left side of the screen a column will appear listing the training-goals as headings. The figure between brackets indicates the number of trainings or exercises available under each training-goal. Click (+) to make the list visible, (-) to hide it.
The title states which category you are currently browsing. Below that, displays the 3 most recently added trainings or exercises to that category. Click on the training/exercise to make them visible.

After log-in you can search by filling in a search-command. Go to search located in the blue beam to right of the page. This search engine allows you to search directly for exercises appropriate to your training-goals.

Reviewing a training
Under training in the column on the left, select and then click a training-goal, e.g. basic techniques. In the middle column a list of available exercises for “basic techniques” will appear. The code preceeding the training name is the unique code identifier for this training. Click on a name of a training to view it fully. The training will open.
The code and title of the training is displayed above the orange line. Below the title (in italics) the aim or goal of the training is described.
The exercises for the training are located below the orange line. After the title of every exercise you will see a number of blue balls. This indicates the level of difficulty of the exercise. One ball signifies very simple, and 5 balls, most difficult. Each training consists of several exercises. The exercises build on each other, both methodically and organizationally. First, the organization of the exercise is described, followed by an explanation of the exercise. Finally an overview and specific pointers are provided allowing the trainer to give detailed commands and coaching to the players throughout the training session. To the right is an illustration outlining the exercise.

^

Illustrations
To the right is an illustration outlining and clarifying the exercise. Click on it to view it maximized to full-view.
